As acting Head of Creative I lead the design and video team through Summits, our online presence, and publications. Joining as their first full-time designer, I helped bring structure to their brands, both old and new. Working on everything from magazine publications, event branding, social media, and corporate branding to assigning tasks, making print orders, and communicating with clients.
I worked closely with every department to assure our attendees and viewers get the best experience, and our clients, the best service. Later, I helped build the creative department, both design and video, training newcomers, guiding and supporting the team through global events, and additional tasks. All the while remaining a part of the team and designing alongside them.
